Privacy Policy

Sysdream is particularly committed to privacy protection and undertakes to process personal data concerning users (hereinafter the “User(s)”) of this site (hereinafter the “Site”) in accordance with French and European legislation and regulations, in particular the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés ) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (hereinafter the “Applicable Regulations”).

For the purposes of the following provisions, the terms “Personal Data”, “Sensitive Data”, “Processing”, “Data Controller”, “Transfer”, “Data Subject”, “Legal Basis”, “Data Protection Officer” and “Purpose” shall have the meanings set out in the applicable Regulations.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform Users about how their Personal Data is processed in the context of the use of the Site.

Sysdream reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, in whole or in part, particularly in order to adapt to the technological, regulatory or legal environment. Users are therefore encouraged to consult this policy on a regular basis in order to remain informed of any updates to it.

1. Identity of the Data Controller

The Processing of Personal Data implemented within the framework of the Site is operated by Sysdream, a simplified joint stock company (French SAS), with its registered office at 14 Place Marie-Jeanne Bassot - F-92300 LEVALLOIS-PERRET, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) with the number 451 676 126, in its capacity as Data Controller.

The contact details of its Data Protection Officer are set out in Article 9 “Exercising the rights of Data Subjects”.

2. Description of the Processing of Personal Data: Personal Data Processed, Purposes and Legal Bases 

In the context of the Site, Hub One processes the personal data of Users for the following Purposes:

a) Registration for the Sysdream newsletter

The Processing of Personal Data described below is implemented by Sysdream in order to register the User for the Sysdream newsletter.

b) Customer relationship management and order tracking

The Processing of Personal Data described below is implemented by Sysdream in order to manage the customer relationship and track orders.

The data shall be stored in an archive database for an additional period of sixty (60) days.

c) Invoicing management

The Processing of Personal Data described below is implemented by Sysdream for managing invoicing.

d) Checking the Customer status

The Processing of Personal Data described below is implemented by Sysdream in order to verify the status of the Customer and to ensure that the Customer is actually entitled to the discounted rate that the Customer has selected.

3. Cookies

Sysdream uses cookies and similar technologies to populate, protect and improve the Site.

4. Commitments of the User

When Users provide Personal Data to Sysdream, they undertake to provide only accurate, truthful and up-to-date information about their situation, and their true identity.

Concerning the forms to be completed, when Personal Data are identified as compulsory (marked in particular by an “*”), Users must provide these data, otherwise they will not be able to benefit from the proposed service.

Sysdream does not process Sensitive Data via the Site. By voluntarily providing Sysdream with such data without the data being requested (e.g., via the free comment fields), Users acknowledge that this information will be deleted as soon as possible by the Data Controller once the latter is made aware of the sensitive nature of the data under the terms of the GDPR.

5. Recipient(s) of Personal Data

The recipients of the Personal Data in the context of the use of the Site are:

  • the Services involved in the organization of the Event  ;
  • the Provider of the secure online payment platform ;
  • the Provider hosting the Site ;
  • the Provider who sends out the newsletters.

Sysdream undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data processed and to ensure that its employees (and service providers, where applicable) involved in the Processing of Personal Data comply with these measures.

As some of these recipients are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Users are invited to refer to Article 8 “Transfer of Personal Data” below in order to be informed of the terms of these Transfers.

6. Fate of Personal Data

Personal Data shall be kept for the periods stipulated in Article 2 “Description of the Processing of Personal Data: Personal Data Processed, Purposes and Legal Bases” or until the User submits their right to withdraw consent or right to object request to Hub One's Data Protection Officer using the contact details laid out in article 9 “Exercising the rights of Data Subjects” below.

7. Safeguards in place for the protection of Personal Data

Sysdream shall ensure the confidentiality and security of the User's Personal Data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with the applicable Regulations.

The protective measures include firewalls, physical and logical access controls to Personal Data, and authorization controls for accessing information.

8. Transfers of Personal Data

In the context of the Site and in compliance with the applicable Regulations, Sysdream transfers Personal Data to organizations located outside the EEA.

9. Exercising the rights of Data Subjects

As a Data Subject, the User has specific rights (right of access, right to data portability, right to withdraw consent, right to limitation, right to object (on legitimate grounds), right to erasure, right to rectification). Users can also give instructions on how their Personal Data is to be processed following their death.
